TERMS and CONDITIONS
1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of the insurance policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are binding on the parties. It is a legal document setting out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller of the goods, conditions of purchase and payment for them, delivery and return of goods, liability of the parties and other matters related to the purchase and sale of goods in the online store in-sura.com.
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he(she) agrees to these Rules.
1.3. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer clicks on the button "Order" after forming a basket of insurance policies in the e-shop, specifying the mandatory information, choosing the method of payment and getting familiar with the Rules.
2. Protection of personal data
When ordering goods in an e-shop in-sura.com the buyer must provide the data requested at the time of purchase: name, surname, insurance period, e-mail address, telephone number, the country that issued the passport and provide a scanned copy of the passport.
The Buyer is responsible for providing correct data at the time of purchase.
The Buyer is responsible for providing correct data during the purchase. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided by him(her) will be processed for the purposes of order execution. The Buyer also agrees that the e-mail address specified by the Buyer will be used for sending the information messages necessary for the execution of the order.
The Buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only if the Buyer expresses his(her) consent to this.
The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, unless required to do so by the competent State authority in the cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or with the buyer's written consent.
3. Rights and Duties of Buyer
3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered insurance policies and receive them by electronic mail.
3.2. Provide complete and correct information in the billing form.
If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false or misleading data in the purchase form, in-sura.com. has the right to cancel the Buyer's registration and delete the data.
3.3. In the case of a change in the Buyer's data provided in the purchase form, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.
3.4. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Rules of Return of Goods.
3.5. By placing an order in the e-shop, the Buyer agrees to these Rules of Purchase and Sale and undertakes to comply with them as well as with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Rights and Duties of the Seller
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with all conditions that are necessary for proper using of services of the e-shop in-sura.com.
4.2. If the Buyer attempts to undermine the stability and security of the e-shop in-sura.com or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right immediately and without prior notice to restrict, suspend or cancel the Buyer's access to the e-shop.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right for privacy of the personal information specified in the purchase form and will not transfer this information to third parties.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the electronic address provided by the Buyer.
4.5. In case of emergency, the Seller may temporarily or permanently terminate the work of the e-shop without prior notice to the Buyer.
4.6. The Seller may unilaterally change the terms and conditions of these Rules.
4.7. If the Buyer uses the services provided by the in-sura.com after the changes in these terms and conditions, it means that the Buyer has agreed to the amendment of the Rules.
5. Ordering insurance policies, prices, payment procedure, terms
5.1. The Buyer can buy online 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
5.2. Orders are accepted only via the e-shop in-sura.com
5.3. All prices of goods in the e-shop are indicated in euros, VAT is not applied.
5.4. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the order immediately after entering the data. The policy starts to be prepared only after payment has been received.
5.5. If the Buyer fails to make the payment within 3 (three) calendar days, the order is cancelled.
6. Delivery of goods
6.1. The Buyer undertakes to provide the exact e-mail address for delivering of the goods.
6.2. The Buyer undertakes to receive the policy himself. In case that the Buyer cannot receive the policy himself and the policy is delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong person.
6.3. The policy is sent to the Buyer within 2 working days from the confirmation of payment.
6.4. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for non-compliance with the terms of delivery of the policies, if the policy is not delivered to the Buyer or is not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
6.5. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the data in the policy does not match the data entered in the system.
7. Quality of goods, guarantees
7.1. All details of the policies sold in the e-shop in-sura.com are indicated in the description to each policy.
8. Marketing and information
8.1. The seller can organize various promotions and offers in the e-shop in-sura.com
8.2. The seller has the right to unilaterally change the conditions of the promotion without prior notice. Any change or cancellation of the terms of the promotions comes into force from the moment of their change.
8.3. The Seller sends notices to the Buyer to the email specified in the Buyer's purchase form.
8.4. The Buyer sends all notices and questions to the contacts specified in the "Contacts" section of the Seller's e-shop.
8.5. The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer does not receive sent informational or confirmatory notices because of the problems with internet connection, network disruptions of e-mail service providers, as well as due to the messages entering the SPAM catalogue, or due to incorrect data provided by the Buyer.
8.6. The Buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes under the conditions specified in clause 2.4 of these Rules.
9. Final provisions
9.1. These Rules of the purchase and sale of goods are created in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2. These rules are regulated by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disagreements arising from the applying these rules shall be settled by negotiation. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
